About Dee Reisch…..
Dee’s previous career gave her a vast experience in the lending field having worked in both commercial and residential mortgage lending. Her career in real estate began by working as a transaction coordinator for the McDonald Group with ERA Brokers Consolidated 2010-2011. She obtained her real estate license in 2011. With the knowledge she has about lending and her experience working on the administrative side of real estate, she knows how to assist you in having a smooth real estate transaction.
Dee recognizes the role of technology in today’s business environment, and uses it to help communicate with her clients, and in her marketing. She is continually exploring ways to better serve her clients with technology, but she still believes in personal contact.
As a consistent top producing agent within her local Brokerage, Broker Council and at a National Level with ERA Corporate, Dee has received awards each year since 2012. But her best reward is assisting her clients in purchasing their new homes. Dee enjoys working with first time homeowners, move up buyers, and “snowbirds” searching for a winter home. Many of her clients are repeat buyers, many who have become personal friends, and their referrals.
As an Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Dee has the experience to educate homebuyers about market conditions, the buying process, negotiation, and seeing that their interests are represented. As a listing agent, she offers a personal guarantee to keep her sellers informed on the current market conditions through professionally prepared CMAs and strives to market properties in a timely manner.
Because Dee takes representing her clients to the best of her ability seriously, she actively attends educational classes, conferences and networks with real estate professionals to further her knowledge and education in the field of Real Estate.
Dee is a Wyoming native, having lived most of her life in Sheridan, Wyoming. Her husband, Eddy, retired from ranching, and they moved to Mesquite in 2008. It is here in Mesquite that they have met so many wonderful people from all walks of life. As Mesquites marketing slogan says, “Come Visit Mesquite and Stay a Lifetime”. That is exactly what happened to them.
When not busy assisting clients, you may find Dee out enjoying the outdoors, hiking, walking her dogs, or playing a round of golf.
